I tried Dutch because my dog’s itchy skin was getting bad and my regular vet couldn’t get us in for a while. The visit was simple. Easy to set up, and the vet actually asked good questions instead of rushing through it.
The meds were sent to me, and after about a week, he was scratching a lot less. Such a relief. I’m giving 4 stars because shipping took a little longer than I wanted, but overall it worked and my dog seems way more comfortable now.
"Decent Plans, But a Bit Confusing"
I like that dutch.com offers flexible plan options, and that part was definitely a plus for me. At the same time, making changes to my plan wasn’t always as straightforward as I expected, so I felt a little frustrated here and there. Overall, it’s not bad and it gets the job done, but I was hoping it would be a bit easier to manage.

I ordered from dutch and, i assumed the shipping might be a little annoying like it can be with some online orders. But it actually went really smoothly. The tracking updated fast, so I wasn’t sitting there guessing where my package was. I usually jump to thinking there’ll be delays or missing info, but none of that happened. It showed up right when they said it would and was packed just fine. Super simple, no hassle, and I’d definitely order from them again

They explained everything clearly to me, which I really appreciated. I tend to look for how things fit together before I feel comfortable, and they made it easy to see the pattern without overcomplicating it.

"Pretty straightforward subscription"
From what I remember, the subscription price was shown clearly up front, so I knew what I was signing up for and when I’d be charged. I also didn’t have much trouble finding the cancellation info, which I appreciated. The only thing I wish was better is that the reminders came a bit earlier. Overall, it was a good experience

I tried dutch for my dog’s itchy skin it felt legit. The vet asked thoughtful questions and actually explained why she chose the meds, instead of just giving me a quick yes or no. Uploading the photos took a little longer than I expected... but the visit itself was easy! It felt like real vet advice, not just random internet guesses.

"Quick and helpful vet consult"
The consultation was quick but still really helpful. The vet actually listened to what was going on with my cat and explained the next steps in a way that was easy to understand. I didn’t feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely use dutch again if I’ve got another pet question.

At first, it was convenient and I thought it was going to make things easier. But then I needed help with an issue and support took way too long to get back to me. It kind of ruined the experience because, yeah, the service is useful, but when something goes wrong and you’re just waiting around...

I got these meds for my dog and they seemed to do the job just fine. He had no issues with them, and they appeared to help like they were supposed to. Overall, I’m happy with how they worked and would use them again if needed

I had to cancel my order and wasn’t sure how the refund process would go, you know? But dutch.com got back to me fast and took care of it. The money showed up a few days later just like they said it would. No big hassle or back-and-forth, which I really appreciated

I used Dutch and overall the service was fine. My only real issue was that customer support took longer than I expected to respond. They did eventually answer my question and were polite about it, so it wasn’t a bad experience. It just felt like the delay was preventable. Faster replies would definitely make the whole thing feel smoother.

"Pretty easy and reliable"
I’ve used dutch.com a few times now, and the pharmacy side has been REALLY dependable. My refills showed up when they said they would, and I didn’t have to keep following up or chasing anyone down. One order was a day late, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it’s been simple, reliable, and just easy to deal with.

"Finally some relief for my dog"
I wasn’t totally sure at first, like... ordering meds this way felt a little new to me. But the stuff from Dutch really did help my dog’s itchy skin. It took about a week before I noticed a big difference, maybe a little less, but yeah, he’s not scratching all night anymore. The whole process was easy too, which was nice

"Canceling was actually super easy :)"
I ended up needing to cancel my dutch plan, it was way smoother than I expected! Support got back to me quickly, didn’t give me any weird runaround, and confirmed everything right away. Seriously wish more sites made canceling this simple :)

"Good overall, but booking took a bit"
dutch was fine overall, and I don’t really have any major complaints about the actual visit. The main thing for me was the appointment availability. When I went to book, there just weren’t that many times open, at least not ones that worked well for my schedule. I did end up getting an appointment, so it wasn’t like I couldn’t be seen at all, but it was later than I was hoping for. Once the appointment actually happened, everything was okay and straightforward. I just think the experience would be better if there were more time slots available, because the limited options made the whole thing feel a little more inconvenient than it needed to be.

Prescription approval was smooth. I uploaded the stuff they asked for, the doctor reviewed it, and then the approval came through without a bunch of back-and-forth. I tend to notice when a process has too many random steps or breaks in the flow, but this one was easy to follow from start to finish. Nice and simple.
